The Nashville Plant is designed to provide turn times to meet fabricator schedules and supplies steel when needed. This plant is a provides increased capacities to the southern and eastern regions of the United States. Automated tracking systems allow material to be coded, tagged and identified, per customer request. Its Spinner application along with a modern hot dip galvanizing plant can process material from small plates and fasteners to large structural steel members up to 60' length or 16' width and weighing up to 20,000 pounds. Additional off site processes include grit blasting and etching for pre-paint coatings along with Infrashield SM polyurethane and siloxane coating application systems.
