The Fairbanks Plant brings to the industry the most technologically advanced hot-dip galvanizing facility in the United States. This plant contains the largest galvanizing kettle in the southern United States and utilizes the latest corrosion protection applications with full fume capture and scrubbing systems on all processes, automated material handling systems, continuous chemical process controls, and a state of the art material preheat conditioning system. Additional on site processes include grit blasting and etching for pre-paint coatings along with Infrashield SM polyurethane and siloxane coating application systems.
